Spring has sprung and has been keeping life busy. Bandit is doing much better. He got his cast off on March 27. He is suppose to go in for surgery to get the plate and screws removed sometime this summer. As for now he gets to run about a little more but still has to keep it on the down low.

On conference weekend Kaitlyn and I went up to Salt Lake and spent the night at my parent's house. On Friday Sam, Abby, and Oma took Kaitlyn and I to the zoo. It was a beautiful day to be there. We went on the carousel, the train, and looked at all the animals. Kaitlyn was asleep for the most of it but woke up just in time for the train ride. Saturday we partied at Wes and Maren's wedding shower. The party was a blast catching up with everyone and of course full of yummy food.

Stephen and Bandit have been busy working ground on the farm. Bandit has loved getting out and ridding in the tractors. Over Easter weekend we went camping out West with the family. This is always such a fun yearly event to attend. It was cold to begin with but ended with gorgeous weather. Kaitlyn loved camping. The first night she slept amazing the next night not so much. The first morning she woke up so happy! The Easter bunny found our trailer and spoiled us all. We are so glad that Kaitlyn seems to share our love of the outdoors and can't wait til our next adventure.
